My name is Harvey Osborne

I've been a resident of the Cowichan Valley since 1972, and have been a realtor with Duncan Realty since 1988, not to mention being the top realtor in the office for 10 of those years.

As your realtor, when you call in wanting to see houses or to list your property, we will have a meeting to discuss what your needs are, and I will explain the "ins and outs" of buying or selling.

Any buyer or seller can expect prompt and courteous service.  My pager is on 24/7, and I have been told by past clients, and by people who send me referrals, that I go the extra mile to give great service even after the sale or listing.

If I list your property, and you change your mind, or are unhappy with me for some reason, I will cancel our contract unconditionally.
